As a restaurant that serves only Caribbean dishes, we ensure that we take into account every detail of the Caribbean and we put that into the preparation of our meals. Our food is made with fusions of herbs, spices, and seasonings, with ingredients grown on the islands that provide unique textures, colours, smell, and flavours.
The Carribean islands are accompanied by a lovely, rich culture which is deeply intertwined with the aromatic food they’ve perfected over generations. To honour this, we spend each day and night coming up with fresh ideas for our dishes, from the ingredients we use to the spiciness of each component of a dish. We make use of our customers' feedback to refine our dishes, which has led to our own style of delicious Carribean cuisine.
